I used to snack all the time and made the decision to not have all of those treats in the house anymore. I don`t have self control when it comes to my favourites so it was better that way. <br /><br />I started running back in June. I hadn`t run before but, like you, I don`t do `going to the gym` very well. I took at Learn to Run class at the Running Room and I went from breathing hard to the mailbox to running 5K (10 min run, 1 min walk) in 12 weeks. I`m doing my third 10K clinic now which is fabulous. I think the best thing about taking a class is that it no longer becomes just exercise but a social time that you look forward to 3 times a week.
